"We want to thank you for catering the dinner at our house last night for sixteen members of the international medical society that is holding its meeting in Charlottesville this week.

This was without a doubt the best-catered meal we have experienced in all our years of attending such events, and hosting them at our house.

Your assistants, Matthew and Felix, were extremely helpful, are expert waiters, and dealt with every request with good humor and demeanor.

Thank you for devising an excellent menu, and for arranging the entire event with attention to every detail.  Lastly, I appreciate how beautifully clean and neat you left my kitchen after your long night's work was done."

"Ivan and I want to thank you so much for the incredible job you did in organizing and catering our daughter's wedding.

When I flew into Charlottesville with my daughter in March 2001 to put together a wedding, it was indeed overwhelming for both of us.  However, after meeting with you we knew we were in good hands.

In New York, I know who to call and what to do for a wedding as we have had quite a few elaborate affairs over the last few years, with Bar and Bat Mitzvah's for all our children as well as our older son's wedding, Charlottesville was definitely an unknown to us.

When we sat down with you, you were able to put a menu together for us that our children would love, including free range, and organics.  You were able to hire the tents and all that goes with it, as well as get us a magnificent wedding cake and wonderful challah.  You also knew the musician and the photographer that we were hiring and gave us confidence with that as well.  It all fell into place just the way we wanted to.

The wedding day, June 23rd, was truly magical.  It was my daughter's dream day.

We can't thank you enough for all that you did for us.  Your support along the way as well as the entire weekend was wonderful.

It was indeed a pleasure working with such an organized and calming person when putting together such a big event.
